Franzelahof

Franzelahof is located on the sunny side of Bad Kleinkirchheim! The apartments are situated on the 2nd floor of the house, which stands on a quiet hillside location with an amazing view on Bad Kleinkirchheim. The high-class apartments are completely furnished and fully equipped, have a free Wi-Fi access and underfloor heating. The holiday home is right at the apartment house. The town centre and wellness are barely 10 min on foot away. In the summer time the location offers a great starting point for walking and cycling excursions. The less enthusiastic about hiking the owners gladly take up to Priedröf in St. Oswald to their cottage, from where they can comfortably hike down into the valley. In winter the guests can use the chairlift just outside the house. You can start your skiing day without a car trip from in front of the house – just ski right out! Either down the slopes to Maibrunnbahn and Bad Klieinkirchheim, or take the Sonnwiesenbahn-lift up direction St. Oswald. Ski and ski boot room is available in the basement. Private parking in front of the house.
