How do I get a refund for a hotel cancellation?

Refunds (minus any cancellation fees) will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

You must use your MAJORITY card for eligible travel discounts.

Charges show as "Hotel Accommodations."

What should I do if I’m in an accident with my rental?

1. Ensure Safety First

If possible, move to a safe location and check for injuries. Call emergency services (911) for injuries or major vehicle damage.

2. Contact the Authorities

Always report the accident to local law enforcement. The rental company and your insurance provider may require a police report.

3. Document the Scene

Take photos of the damage, license plates, the surrounding area, and any other vehicles involved. Collect contact and insurance information from all parties.

4. Notify the Car Rental Company

Contact the rental company immediately using the car rental number in your confirmation email and/or the number provided on your rental agreement or key fob. Follow their instructions carefully.

Request a claim number as proof of the report.

You must cancel and rebook. Use the “Cancel Car Reservation” link.

Where can I view my itinerary?

Go to your Travel site -> Menu -> “My Bookings” -> Enter your itinerary ID and last name.

How do I get my refund?

If canceled 48+ hours before pickup, refunds (minus the $30 fee) are processed automatically to your original payment method.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Your refund is automatic and will be processed to the card used for payment, when applicable. Please review your cancellation policy in your confirmation email for more details. Additionally, we have provided you with an excerpt of our policy below.

Summary of Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the pick-up time in the destination city will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee to the payment card used for the booking.
  • For your convenience, a “Cancel Reservation” link is available in the footer of your car rental confirmation email and/or your online itinerary. These links are the fastest and most convenient way to cancel your car rental reservation.  
  • Only applicable if canceling outside of the 48-hour pickup timeframe.
  • Reservations within 48 hours of pickup in the destination city are non-cancellable and are considered no-shows. This will result in the FULL amount of the rental being charged. No Exceptions. By clicking on the "BOOK" button, you agree to the applicable cancellation policies.
  • When applicable, refunds for cancellations will be processed automatically after the cancellation and credited to the payment card used for the original booking. Based on the above policies, the credit may take up to 3 days to appear on your card.
