Our residence enjoys an ideal location in the heart of Montpellier, close to the famous Antigone district, the Le Polygone shopping centre, and approximately a 15-minute walk from Place de la Comédie. Bus and tram stops are also within easy walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance to receive the necessary arrival instructions. Swimming Pool The outdoor swimming pool is open: Daily from 10:00 a. m. to 8:45 p. m. The pool is seasonal and is closed every year from the end of September until the end of April. Solarium and Fitness Room Guests can enjoy: A solarium area A fitness room Laundry Facilities A laundry room is available within the residence. Information regarding use and prices is available at Reception. Departure and Cleaning Check-out must be completed before 10:00 a. m. Your apartment is fully cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Before departure, guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment clean: Wash and put away dishes Empty the dishwasher Take out the rubbish Leave the kitchenette clean and tidy End-of-stay cleaning covers the general maintenance of the accommodation. However, kitchen cleaning and tidying remain the responsibility of guests. No housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. No linen or towel changes are included during the stay. Any additional replacement remains at the guest’s expense.
