Jan Harmsgat Country House

Jan Harmsgat is set in a historic 17th-century farmhouse surrounded by the Langeberg Mountains and the Breede River. It is decorated throughout with classical Victorian furnishings and features a restaurant, bar and outdoor swimming pool. All elegantly presented accommodation includes heating, air conditioning and a luxurious private bathroom, some with freestanding bathtub. Each room or suite has its own distinctive style and history. The country, fine dining restaurant makes use of its location amongst sloping vineyards and orchards producing a range of fruits and nuts. Fresh homemade cuisine is served throughout the day and can be combined with a local wine from the cellar.
